Michael Palevo's Workout:
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3×5,3,1,5
Incline DB Bench Press: 3×10-12
Medial Cable Flyes: 3x10w/ dropsets
Smith Machine Incline Bench Press: 50 reps. Adding weight each time I hit failure
Underhand Tricep Extension: 3×10
Overhead Tricep Push: 3×10-12 w/ dropsets
Overhand Tricep Pushdown: 3×10

30:15 x4
1. Ninja Jumps to Box
2. Skaters
3. Ladder + 4 Tuck Jumps
4. Broad Jumps
5. Lateral Bench Jumps
6. Gorilla Jumps
7. Reverse Burpees
